Self-Compassion Skills

The following are exercises to bring Curiosity and Self Compassion to our internal world. These exercises are generally a good fit for Phase 2 work on updating old stories, strategies, and states but may also be used in the Phase 1 stabilization work. As always, these are completely optional, are not intended to replace professional counseling, and please take responsibility for your own well-being should you choose to use them.
