3 Simple energy techniques from Donna Eden and David Feinstein

  1. Place your hand on your forehead. This in theory pulls blood flow back into the front of your brain to help you remain focused and creative under stress.
  2. Place your hand over your heart and one finger from your other hand behind your pinky and ring finger knuckles on the soft spot between the bones.
  3. Raise arms outward then above head until they almost touch. Make fists and and pull them straight down in front of you along the midline of your body. Repeat several times. I’ve been surprised how effective this one is for increasing confidence and energy immediately. I combine it often with early morning sunlight.
