Mental Health America
Mental Health America is a non-profit, community based organization founded in 1909 that exists to promote mental health in the United States. They offer free screeners for a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction. These screeners can be taken anonymously for free. There are some optional general demographic questions that help them gather useful data about who they serve and connect people with additional resources, but there is no need to put any personal information. They also offer a variety of resources including free groups, and various information on their website.
