The primary purpose of this website is to provide concrete skills and practices that both current clients and guest website visitors can use to improve their lives. How to Navigate the Website
In general I recommend moving through the material in the order it appears on the menu from left to right/top to bottom, though of course you can feel free to check out particular topics that interest you. I am regularly adding new material so please note that a couple of pages on the website may still be getting/needing a few revisions.
After the welcome page you will note the About category in the top menu bar where you can learn more about Approaches, Rates, and Services offered.
Next in the menu is a section titled Guides which includes a steadily growing list of organized guides on topics like How to Resolve Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, etc. These guides also refer to many the skills and knowledge pages included on this website.
The Skills category in the top menu bar includes includes a range of skills, exercises, and practices for things like calming, increasing emotional regulation, increasing self compassion, and so on. Please feel free to explore skills that you may find helpful.
Next in line is the content under the Phases title in the top menu which refers to the 3 phase approach I often draw upon in the counseling and coaching work. This model begins with Phase 1 strengthening and stabilizing, moves to Phase 2 resolving and repairing, and continues with Phase 3 expanding upon and integrating the positive developments that have been occurring in the first two phases.
Next, is a section titled Resources containing additional guided meditations, helpful websites, and so on.
Finally you will find the Contact page with information about how to connect with me.
As you navigate this website, please remember to seek professional help if at any point you feel overwhelmed by your thoughts or feelings and using these skills on your own is not adequately addressing your symptoms.
